Covergirl is turning 50 ya'll. I think everyone has their own opinion of the product, what's yours?

I've never owned an Urban Decay product (they don't sell that at Walgreen's lol) but MAN I've wanted some. Evelyn at Beauty Ambition has reached 600 followers and is giving away a Book of Shadows III (!!)

A few things I've bought in the last couple of days. Walgreens has some Rimmel products for 50% off and their Sinful Colors polishes are always inexpensive so I bought some :) I also bought some TreSemme dry shampoo. I'm hoping I can make a shampoo last more than one day. My hair is oily and it hates me! At Target the other day I got a Sonia Kashuk highlighting brush hoping to be able to use it for foundation but I wasn't very happy with the results. May have to keep looking on that end. I also bought a neutral (for my skin tone) lip liner since all I seem to have is reds and burgundy. I need to invest in a few more of those. As soon as I find some lipsticks that don't make me look like a goth wannabe, a hooker, or a little girl playing in mommy's makeup. Wish me luck on that one!

I finally got a chance to use my Sedona Lace palette that I won from Katiengo*. The colors were great and application was very easy. It was supposed to be a matte palette but it has shimmers in it. Not sure where the error came in on that one but I'm not complaining. I did a simple look, just some browns and pinks. Didn't want to go all out with crazy colors and then have to remove it all when we were trying to get out before midnight lol.
I have a pic but you can't see the eyes very well.
Yeah, that's my mean looking honey in the background lol Ignore the fact that I'm super shiny and my face is more pink/light than the rest of me. I'm still working on trying to find a foundation that matches my pale yellow self.

I wish I had thought to take a picture or two of just my eyes but I was so excited to see The Velcro Pygmies that I didn't even take pictures of myself before we went or anything! Here are some more pics from the concert.

I meant to post an update and talk a little about a few things that have been going on lately and then today I had a couple of huge, horrible panic attacks and ended up spending the night in the ER. That ruined all of my plans.

I have a couple of things planned for the next few posts. I won the Sedona Lace 88 Matte Palette from Katiengo* and as soon as it gets here I'm going to have pictures posted and try a few things out. I don't have a super awesome camera and my skin/hair isn't as awesome as most reviewers (not to mention I'm just starting out with the whole more than one color thing lol) but I will be honest.

I also won the TRIA Skin Clarifying System from Hello Beauty and want to show everyone what it's about and how it works on me.

I'm trying to get some medication issues out of the way before I can do anything, so bear with me. ♥
